How to Hire an Assistant

This 1/2 Day course is for those running their own successful Professional Organising business and need to hire an Assistant Organiser.

It comprises of 4 sessions over the course of the morning which are taught at our easy to find training venues in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Albury & Newcastle.

Your training is facilitated by Sarah Cottman, an Accredited Expert Professional Organiser with years of experience teaching & mentoring new, as well as experienced organisers.

Cost for Training Course is $409.00 for non AAPO Members, $489.00 for current AAPO Members. AAPO is The Australasian Association of Professional Organisers. It is our Industry Association and Sarah is currenty serving as the Vice President.

The course runs 8:30am-12:30pm (sharp) & includes morning tea.

Session 2

Using your Organising Assistant: Hiring an assistant for the first time can be dauntingh. Find out how to be in control of your jobs as well as your staff.

Session 3

Keeping your 'brand': Find out why hiring a trained assistant is so beneficial to your business and avoid the pitfalls of sub contracting to other organisers.

Session 4
How your Assistant 'fits': If you want your business grow, you will need key staff to fit in with YOUR big picture.
