I first spoke to Sarah when I was looking at starting my Professional Organising business. What a discussion it was – the passion and commitment Sarah exhibited to this emerging industry was nothing short of inspirational. You could feel her excitement about all things organizing. It is without a doubt one of the reasons I made the leap into business owner and to this day Sarah still inspires me. After starting my business I felt confident that I had a robust business model and service but lacked a bit of confidence in getting out there and selling my business. This was probably due to being out of the workforce for the first 10 years of having my children. I then decided to take advantage of Sarah’s mentoring service. I was not completely sure of how this process would work however turned up to our first meeting with an abundance of burning issues. Sarah did not instruct me what to do but rather asked the tricky questions that led me to think of the solutions myself. A true role of a mentor is in the strength of the questions asked. She opened my mind to think of alternatives that I had not thought of. But not only did she help me in this way, she was able to help me believe in my business and what I had to offer.
