Professional Organiser mentoring .......

If you have just started your Professional Organising business you will be able to find answers to the Industry specific questions you have. Being out on your own for the first time can be daunting and confusing, I will help you steer your course through the good stuff and the difficult! When you don't 'feel' like completing a task that you know is vital, I will 'get on your case', in the nicest possible way of course!

Professional Organisers who are stuck in a rut or just need some experienced support will benefit greatly even from just one session! I will give you new ways to look at moving forward and be a very encouraging cheerleader.

All Mentoring sessions are done with me, Sarah Cottman (more information about me below) We provide an informal Mentor/Mentee relationship.  That is to say, we are guided by what you want, working in areas that you are finding difficult or need help progressing in.  You will be able to lean on my experience as both a small business owner and an Expert Professional Organiser.  I will help reach your own conclusions and help you to see that some learning opportunities are often cleverly disguised as mistakes!

Anything that we speak about is confidential, you will not hear about your ideas anywhere else.  Of course, this is a two way deal, I’ll tell you about the secrets to my success to help your career, however, they will remain the intellectual property of Heavenly Order.

Mentoring can be taken as 1hr sessions or 10 week packages. Generous discounts are delightfully extended to Current AAPO Members.

Whether you have just started your Professional Organising business or you’re just stuck in a rut you will be motivated, informed and inspired

Your first session, the ‘Blast’, takes a little over an hour, just to make sure we have covered everything! This session allows you to Blast out all the questions you’ve been saving up but haven’t had anyone to ask!  We also discuss expectations, conflict resolution and future direction.

Sessions 2-10 will be discussed when you call 02 999 77 135 to make your enquiries.

We can meet in person or on the telephone depending on where you are located.  Forms will be given to you at the first meeting and you will be guided on how to use them to your best advantage.

More about Sarah!

Sarah Cottman has been self employed for more than 20 years, is an Expert in the field, is the current Northern Beaches Forum Coordinator for AAPO and a member of the Executive Committee 2009/2010. Heavenly Order began in November 2006 and has been helping clients and Professional Organisers ever since. Before she was called to Heavenly order, she managed a family business with nearly 100 employees. She has 3 children, is an active member of her Church and has been married to the same man since 1986 (probably the biggest achievement!).
