You need 5 minutes to read your 'nudge'. Then there are 5 tasks in the 5 areas we focus on. Then there is the bit that will make the most difference to you, we hold you accountable! You are required to let us know you've completed your 'nudge'. A bit like your mother making sure you've done your homework! If you don't check in within 5 days (ie., the following Tuesday), you don't get the next nudge. It gets worse, if you don't check in for 3 consecutive weeks, you're out for the following month. OOooh! I can hear you thinking 'what about my $50?' Well, have you heard the expression 'no pain, no gain'? This is the pain, you won't be getting a refund. Think of it as 'bootcamp for the brain'.....
