Happy New Year, now it's time for Easter.....

It's January 7th and time to pack away the Christmas decorations but the smell of freshly baking hot cross buns is very distracting....

OH REALLY? Since the end of August we have been told to hurry and get our homes into shape for Christmas and to 'buy, buy, buy'. December 7th there were ads on tv were telling us of great ideas for last minute presents?

We need to get off this ridiculous treadmill and find some peace! After all, isn't that what Christmas was all about?

We still have time to enjoy the afterglow of all the effort that was put into Christmas. If you do want to rush off and get things organised, you can get some tips about what to do now on 'this month'

Of course if you like hotcross buns, as I do, rush out now and get some. Be sure to slather as much organic butter on that sucker that it can physically hold. Of course, you may need to hurry!
